How many samples can I order?
You can select 4 samples, free of charge. We'll contact you to discuss your requirements before sending out the samples to ensure you get the right products for your requirements.
How long will it take to get my carpet samples?
Once we've made contact with you, we shall endeavour to have your free samples sent out within 24 hours.
What if I don't like my samples?
Don't worry, we're on hand to make sure you get exactly what you need and will help you pick your perfect carpet.
I'm happy with my carpet samples, what next?
We've made it really easy to order online, simply find the carpet on our website and enter your room measurements (length x width) and add an extra 5cm allowance. Tell us where you want the carpet delivering to, follow the usual checkout process and we'll do the rest!
Is buying on-line safe?
